Oh My..... This is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever made! Used the food processor for the crust, and had no problems with the butter quantity. Be sure not to over-bake. Remove from the oven while the center is still jiggly-it WILL set up, and you'll have no cracks. Also, run a knife around the edge as soon as you take it out of the oven. Cut small pieces!
