Sweet Coated Pecans

If you're making this to accompany Indian food OMIT the sour cream. If you don't want to spend the extra money to buy seedless cucumbers it's terribly easy to remove the seeds when you slice them lengthwise and use a serrated grapefruit spoon to get rid of the seeds. Then I reccommend grating the cucumber on a cheese grater into a bowl to catch the juices and adding sour cream to that. Delicious!

Vegetarian Korma

I've mad ethis many times. Try adding a little coconut milk it balances the spice a bit. Also DON'T use sweet potatoes, the consistency didn't work well nor the flavor. I like to add turmeric as well to give it a little more oomph. Definitely a keeper!

New York Cheesecake II

1st time and PERFECT! I made an 8 inch cake so I changed the bake time to 400 degrees for 10 minutes then 200 degrees for 45 minutes. No cracks, perfect looking and dreamy tasting. Thank YOU!!

Spring Biscotti

Never made biscotti before and this was easy and fantastic. I recommend soaking the cranberries in grand manier overnight for extra flavor.
