Gobble Up Granola Snacks
I wasn't sure after the first bite, but then I found myself eating more and more of it. At first it seems like the peanut butter flavor doesn't really fit with this, but then it grows on you. I did substitute chocolate chips for the raisins. Next time it might be even yummier to drizzle some melted chips over the top of this. My family loved it, and asked that I make it again.

Oatmeal and Everything Bars
The taste is great, but the consistency is total mush - way more than just chewy. If I make these again, I might double the amount of the crust (oat mixture) for a more solid base. I also might soften the butter instead of melting it.

Sarah's Applesauce
I know everyone else loved this, but it was WAY too much water for me. After cooking for 15 minutes, it still looked like apple soup. I had to drain off a lot of the water, which meant that I lost a lot of the spices too, so I had to add more of everything. Maybe it would work better if you cook the apples and water without the spices, then drain the water, then add spices.
