Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2006
Wonderful!!! I used 6 lemons to get th juice. And instead of using sugar, I substituted with Splenda. I ended up using 1 cup of Splenda. Since Spleda dissolves, I did not have to heat it. I just added all the ingredients together and stirred.

Healthy Turkey Loaf

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2006
I love this meatloaf. I used 1 lb of turkey so I doubled the ingredients. It was a little too runny, so I added more bread crumbs and baked for 45-1 hour. It was wonderful.

Jeff's Chili Con Queso

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2006
This was good. Instead of chili, I added chorizo. For some reason, mine turned out a little gritty though. It may have been the chorizo.

Spicy Garlic and Pepper Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2006
FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS! I loved this recipe. I didnt even need rice! The cabbage was so good as a part of this dish. Since I buy 1 lb bags of shrimp, I doubled everything. I didnt think that this was spicy though. Next time, I may try and add some chili paste. Thank you for this recipe!!!!

WOW! THIS IS SO GOOD!!! Since I am watching my weight, I used Spenda and lite soy sauce. I was only able to marinade for 2 hours (last minute dinner) and it was wonderful. I love this recipe. I can not even stress how good this is! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2006
WOW!!! THIS WAS AMAZING! The only thing that I did different was use 2 (9oz) boxes of frozen spinach as opposed to the canned. Other than that, the recipe needs no changing what so ever. Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: May 30, 2005
I used this recipe completely different than the recipe instructs. I mixed all dry ingredients and used as a rub on the salmon. Then I grilled it. I did not use the butter. It turned out WONDERFUL! I ate the leftover salmon cold over a salad the next day for lunch!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2004
Ok, I read all the other reviews on this recipe and really thought about not making it for dinner. I am so glad that I did. My husband and I both loved this! I did not think it was bland at all. It is so simple and so easy to make, I am sure this will be made often. In fact, I am going to give the recipe to my father in law so he can make it!

Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2004
This soup was very good. The only thing that I would change is the wine. I would either sautee the vegetables in the wine or omit it from the recipe. I thought there was too strong of a wine flavor when it was done.
