Taste ok, but WAY too runny. Use half the recommended buttermilk.

Loved it! Left out bacon. Needs a bit of salt without bacon.

Ham and Broccoli Strata

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
I agree with the others that the layering was a bit off. The egg didn't solidify quite right inside with the bread. Needed to bake for nearly 20 more minutes.

Good mix. Not quite as good as a coffee shop, but better than store-bought. I used decaf tea to make decaf chai mix.

Vanilla Ice Cream

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2007
I use skim milk in place of the 1/2 and 1/2 for a little bit lighter ice cream. I've never refridgerated before just pouring into my ice cream maker. My absolute favorite vanilla ice cream. You can also use this as a base for just about any flavor you like--add 1tsp mint and choc chips, or some fresh berries, m&ms, etc.

BACARDI® Mixers Margarita Chicken

Wow! Very delicious. Marinated overnight. Needs to be served with a vegetable. We had it with spicy bean salsa, which was also very good, but it wasn't quite enough...maybe some lime-juice corn?

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2004
Absolutely THE best banana bread recipe I've ever found. Not greasy, but still moist. Since they are low fat, I can afford to add 3/4c chocolate chips which really make this bread.

Easy Peanut Blossoms

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2003
This is my favorite cookie recipe of all time. They are easy to make and stay soft. They have a lighter peanut butter taste that isn't as overwhelming as most peanut butter cookies. Everyone loves them and asks me for them all the time!
