Sausage Pasta
I enjoyed this but made it much lighter by using hot italian chicken sausage (only 3.5 grams of fat per serving). Used fresh basil and spinach. I'm sure that fresh tomatoes would be great. A quick tasty healthy dinner.

Kung Pao Chicken
Everyone thought that this was just ok. I cut back half of the chile paste for my son and it was still fairly hot. The sauce had an odd flavor.

Jalapeno-Blue Cheese Burgers
I thought this was good but there is no way that I need to eat a 1/2 lb burger. I scaled it to 2 servings and made 4 burgers which were surprising large after adding the peppers and cheese. I used pickled jalapenos which worked out fine.
