Grandma's Cocoa Meringue Pie

Almost like the ones Mom makes,just a tad different,but excellant nonetheless! I don't understand what gave other reviewers problems,I made it exactly like the recipe and mine came out perfect...even my meringue was great,and it was only my second time making meringue.

Banana Caramel Pie II

The trick is to cover the can of condensed milk completely,and turn the can over at least once. Not sure why other reviewers had problems because I made this pie for the tenth time today and have never had any problems.Totally simple and oh so decadent.Definately Good Eats!

Southern Boiled Custard

I have drank boiled custard for all of my 43 years,and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST recipe for this traditional southern holiday treat. Being disappointed by Purity and Goldenrod store bought custard, I started making boiled custard a few years ago and now this is the only way I will drink it. I cut out 1 egg and added just a pinch of corn starch,then followed the directions and had finished custard after 45 minutes over medium lo heat.

Quick Crescent Taco Pie

Tried this yesterday and the wife said it was great,she even took some for her lunch today. I didn't really care for it. It was rather bland with the exception of the sweetness from the crescent roll crust,which IMO doesn't work at all.I might make again if my wife asks for it,but if not I won't make again.

Twice Baked Potatoes II

Made these and absolutely loved them! Adjusted like most others by decreasing the sour cream,and increasing the shredded cheddar.Also added rosemary,thyme,and a little fresh basil.We will definately be having these again,and again,and......
