I thought that this was pretty good! I used fresh chicken breasts and cooked on high for about two hours. I noted that the sauce seemed a bit thin, so I added two heaping tablespoons of cornstarch. I also shredded as much of the chicken as was cooked, then lowered the cooking temp to "low" for another hour. I then shredded the rest of the chicken, and served! Four of the six kids who ate it loved it and asked for seconds. The other two are notoriously picky, so they are really not good judges anyway. :)
