Honey Butter Yule Ham

Made this recipe tonight. Really easy and really good. Definately a keeper. Can't wait for leftovers tomorrow.

This is the best snickerdoodle recipe that I have tried. Family loved them and they had a better taste/texture over the cookies with shortening in them. I followed the recipe exactly but dropped temp down to 375 and kept them in 10-11 minutes. Wonderful!

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Very good. I pretty much followed the recipe except I used bowtie pasta and didn't use mushrooms. We thought it had good flavor with the champagne (I used a bottle of Andre Extra dry champagne-for $3.99). This is a keeper.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This was a very good recipe. I followed the recipe to a 'T' so I know what adjustments to make next time. I agree with what some viewers wrote regarding cutting the butter down and adding more garlic. It was very buttery with not a whole bunch of flavor (of course to some it may have had the perfect flavor). I think I may up the garlic and mustard next time and maybe try the wine suggestion also. I did make the sauce ahead of time and poured it on the shrimp and put it in the fridge for about an hour or two. I served it over fettucini. Family loved it and with a few adjustments it will be even better...

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Best chocolate chip cookies ever! I always have baked with real butter but didn't have any the other day-just had Blue Bonnet Margarine. Used that (didn't melt it) and it was just as good as with butter (but cheaper)! I have made this recipe for a long time now and will never use another CCC recipe!

Lip-smacking Popcorn Concoction

Made this for Christmas. Got rave reviews from everyone. Very addictive, very easy and very inexpensive to make (I bought all store brand ingredients). I used all the measurements from the recipe except that I used the whole almond bark package which is 1 pound 8 oz. instead of just 1 pound. YUMMY!
