Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2013
Super easy and simple. I did use olive oil instead of butter but other than that followed the directions. Thanks for demystifying home fries :)

Followed the directions as written but did add a touch of cinnamon. Wow. It really is good :) My first attempt at a lattice crust and it turned out decent.

A Very Popular BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2012
This is SWEET. I cut the sugar to 1/4 of a cup and it was still a little too sweet for me. But it is a good base sauce recipe. I added more heat to mine

Harvey Ham Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
This was pretty easy but I think my crockpot overcooked the ham. The hamm was pretty dry. I did not use a full pound of brown sugar just because I was worried about sweetnes. This was good but you must serve it with pickles. It really needs that tangy counterpoint to the sweet mustard sauce.

Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
These were really good! I liked the idea of adding veggies to them to make them a little healthier :) We did not do the BBQ sauce either, we used a little ketchup instead. My got about 12 muffin sized meatloafs from the mixture but my husband didnt measure the veggies. I think next time I will cook them a little longer so they can get a little more browned. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cabbage Roll Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2011
I used ground turkey and brown rice to make this a little healthier. I did follow DiscoBunny's suggestions and started my rice earlier. Brown rice takes forever to cook! I did add more seasoning like oregano and parsley. Very tasty!

Curried Citrus Quinoa with Raisins and Toasted Almonds

Reviewed: May 12, 2011
This is really good! I loved the curry flavor...it reminds me of the curry chicken salad I used to eat in Belgium. I made this recipe as is except I did add some fresh cracked pepper. Thanks for a new way to eat quinoa!

German Spaetzle Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
These were really good. We omitted the nutmeg because of personal preference. We have a spaetzle maker that I have had in the closet for years but never used. I was happy at how easy this was. Make sure the dough is runny. It shouldnt be stiff like a pasta dough :)

Waffles I

These were pretty good texture wise. I disagree with those that say to double the vanilla...made our waffles taste funny. Much better with the 1/2 tsp. :)
