Sugar Coated Pecans
I did these for christmas and I'm just getting around to putting a review. It was very good and I wrapped them up and gave them as gifts for all of our friends and family. Then I remade them for a party and I wish I made recipe cards up because everyone was asking for this excellent recipe.

Strawberry Avocado Salad
I made this tonight for 6 people and 3 of them liked it, 2 said it was okay, and 1 definitely did not enjoy it. I went straight off the recipe and I will probably try it 1 more time with a few tweaks before making a final decision.
