Restaurant Style Beef and Broccoli
I had to change the recipe because my daughter has to eat Gluten Free and oyster sauce isn't GF, but this was great! I used a GF teriyaki sauce in place of the oyster sauce. I also didn't have sherry, so I used red wine. Otherwise I followed it as written. The sauce was delicious, but a little thin. Next time I'd add more cornstarch. Also, I'll marinate the meat for a few hours (at a minimum--maybe overnight) so it's more tender. This was a hit with both my teens too. They LOVED it!

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast
Easily the best slow cooker recipe for pot roast that I've ever found. The tomato paste paired with the mushrooms makes the most delicious sauce. My kids asked me to make it again--while we were still eating it!! The whole family LOVED it!! **Made this Gluten Free by using cornstarch instead of flour.**

Slow Cooker, Easy Baked Potato Soup
This is so easy and delicious. I adapted it so that it was Gluten Free (for my daughter) by using corn starch instead of the flour. It was perfect!! I just made it for our neighbors and they raved about it too. It's a new family favorite!! :)
