I absolutely love this recipe. Thanks to Donna for the specific instructions (I'd never cooked boiled eggs like that before, and I usually either under or over cooked the potatoes). The only change that I made was I sub'd turkey bacon, and used 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup of mayo. The first day it was absolutely delicious. I was disappointed, however, that the next day the leftovers were soggy/watery and some of the flavor was lost. Not sure what happened with that, as the potatoes were drained and chilled as instructed.
