I made this for family and friends and they loved it! I did modify it slightly after reading some of the reviews. I used butter instead of olive oil as previously suggested, and I used minced garlic instead of crushed. I also marinated the chicken in a garlic marinade for several hours before cooking. everyone loved the flavor and tenderness of the chicken, and they wished I had made more. I will definitely be making this again!

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

I made this for my husband, kids, and sister. The kids wouldn't touch it but my husband and sister loved it. I told my sister what was in it and she was amazed she liked it despite not liking mushrooms or bleu cheese. I made the recipe almost exactly, except that I added minced garlic, added the bleu cheese to the turkey mixture before cooking, and cooked it on the stove top. My husband gives this recipe a thumbs up :)

Great Garlic Bread

This recipe is really good! I was skeptical about the mozzarella because I am not a big fan of melted cheese, but it was great! I found myself eating 4 pieces. husband and kids also enjoyed it. Very simple and good following the recipe exactly.

California Chicken Spaghetti

My husband rates this a 5. My husband generally doesn't like pasta, but he loved this basically sauceless version. He stated that it is a good light meal with delicious flavor. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

This one has become a favorite with my husband, who says he could eat this recipe every day. Unlike other reviews, I actually added a little more brown sugar while cooking, and it did not come out too sweet at all. I have made this twice now, following the recipe almost exactly. The only changes I made were I added some garlic infused dressing while cooking the chicken and did not cover the chicken while cooking as suggested by others. The result was flavorful, easy chicken that my husband thought had been marinating all day due to the infusion of flavors. I will definitely be making this again!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

My husband jokingly said I should sell this chicken in a restaurant and that the house smelled like one of our favorite restaurants when the chicken was cooking. My picky 6 year old liked it so much she stole my husband's piece! I made the recipe as written, with the only change being I added more cheddar cheese on top before cooking. I will desperately be making this again!
