Buttermilk Wheat Bread

For years I have searched for a recipe that compares to my Nana's dinner rolls. When she passed away, she took her recipe with her as she never measured ingredients nor wrote anything down. I made your dough in my bread machine then divided it to make pan rolls. Once I removed them from the over, I smeared butter on the tops like Nana used to do. Delicious! Thank you for sharing.

Barbeque Tempeh Sandwiches

Absolutely delicious!!! I will make these for friends who give me a hard time for being vegetarian. They will ask for seconds guaranteed. I served this to my family with coleslaw which was the perfect compliment to these sandwiches. Thanks for sharing.

Chocolate Cream Pie II

Thanks for sharing this recipe. My mom always used to make pie with chocolate pudding as the filling. I wanted the real deal so I made this while she was over cooking with me today. She tried it and immediately wanted the recipe. Great flavor and simple to put together.

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

Terrific cake, however the cooking time was off by about 30 minutes for my oven. If I had cooked it for the entire time suggested, it would have been a crispy mess. Also, I did add lemon zest and this definitely helped to bring out the lemon flavor. Reduced sugar by 1/2 and served with my blueberry-brandy sauce. Will make again.

Parmesan Chicken
