Chicken Strawberry Spinach Salad with Ginger-Lime Dressing

Tried this recipe for a luncheon I had, it was good, those attending said they really liked it, but personally, I would have preferred a sweeter dressing. The lime juice gave it a nice summery taste, but a little too bitter for me.

Potato Cheese Soup

This recipe was awesome!! I followed the recipe as given, except I added more cheese including about 1-2 oz. of pepperjack which gave it a wee bit of a bite. YUMMY

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

I had my family in for French cusine and this recipe won the prize. It was easy and oh so good. I did add a little bit of beef bullion to give it some extra flavor.
