Fried Chicken Tenders

Wonderful! First input I have is that I used (brown) rice flour instead of all-purpose. Makes it crunchier and less goopy. Also used Panko breadcrumbs. I cut up chicken breasts I had so they were more like chicken bites than tenders and cooked quicker. I left out the cayenne pepper because of the kiddos but I'm sure my hubs would have loved it. I did make the dipping sauce even though I sadly didn't have horseradish on hand. Awesome dip! As tipped by another reviewer, I will keep this in the fridge ongoing for sandwich spread. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Zucchini Chip Cupcakes

I left out the nuts due to allergies but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Delicious! My two-yr-old and my husband ate them up! :)

Corn and Black Bean Salad

Awesome. I added sliced grape tomatoes and some purple onion. But only did that for personal preference. Also, I made this for a crowd of 28 and it was a breeze to make with the nifty calculator. EVERYone loved it. Thanks!

Honey Grilled Chicken

This recipe is a keeper. I salt/pepper'd the chicken before I sauted them inside (no grill). The only changes I made to the ingredients were adding some red pepper flakes and soy sauce for my husband after serving it to my son (who loved it as written). Also, I doubled the sauce since other reviewers said they ran out. Thanks for the recipe!

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

This was a big hit. The recipe doesn't indicate a sauce that is as pictured. So I just slathered the top of the tortillas with remaining shredded beef and more cheese. YUM! :) Thanks for the great recipe.

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Southwest Sloppy Joes

This recipe as stated doesn't have enough spices to it to mellow out the tomato paste flavor. I made it because the rice crispies intrigued me. But I ended up researching other sloppy joe recipes on this site to add spice and flavor to the tomato sauce; basically, liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce, molasses, cumin, etc. I have never rated a recipe with a one-star but this recipe simply isn't good. Sorry!

Deer Chop Hurry

This is a good recipe but it calls for too much ketchup. We still ate it since we love trying new recipes for venison. I'll make it again, just with less ketchup next time. Thanks for the recipe and keep 'em coming!

Baked Fennel with Parmesan

Not bad, not the greatest. We ate our portions but didn't finish off the dish. One tip I can offer is that it took a little longer that five minutes to saute the fennel until they weren't crunchy. Baking them helped but had to bake longer to ensure what we were after.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

This was a true test. My husband is all about tradition and does not mess when it comes to the classic green bean casserole. I, on the other hand, prefer not to use canned soups. So I had to pull one over him and hope it didn't ruin his Thanksgiving. Other than topping with fried onions instead of crackers due to the pressure, this recipe rocked! My husband loved this recipe as did all my other guests. Thank you!

Easy, easy! I love this dish because you can make it when you have guests. Blend it all together and pop it in the oven so you can spend time with your friends. Blah? No. Serve it with your favorite fruit and maple syrup. What's not to love?

Banana Banana Bread

Surprisingly good. I had my doubts due to the simplicity of the recipe but had to try it because of the thousands of reviews. I added some "apple pie spices" but other than that, I followed it to a tee. Thanks for the great recipe. (Oh, and I used six big bananas to fulfill roughly 2 1/3 cups.)

Mena's Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Caramelized Onion

This recipe works. Takes too long? Kinda standard for real mac & cheese. Plus the time for the grilled onions. But that's my favorite so I think it is worth it. I also grilled some stir-fry pork pieces and deglazed the pan with some white wine, adding that to the sauce right before the cheese. Freaking good. Thanks for the recipe!
