Turkey Tetrazzini II

I've never made a sauce from scratch before and I can't believe how easy it was and how good it tasted. I followed the recipe exactly except changed my own veggies. For some reason it turn out as good when I made it a second time. But I will make again next time!

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

My first time making a corn chowder turned out pretty good. I used chicken broth instead of bouillon (which makes a big diff), I couldn't monterey jack cheese so I used pepper jack and one can of cream and regular corn and it was delish! I only had one bowl, my husband had too and burnt the whole pot reheating it! I was disappointed but I'm excited to make it again so I can work on enhancing the flavor!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

When I made the first batch I didn't love it. I used pumpkin pie mix just to skip ingredients which was fine, but it said to bake for 15-20 mins which I thought was too long but I did anyway and it was hard and chewy. I put the rest in the fridge then baked it the next day and I was surprised by how much better it tasted! I'm not a fan of the glaze so I made cinnamon cream cheese which made it even more amazing!

Corn Fritters

my son loves this! I already had the ingredients lying around and I can't believe how easy it was to make! I added some more sugar because I don't like anything on top of it but my son loves it with honey! I will definitely be making this again!

Amy's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've been trying a lot of chocolate chip cookie recipes and I've never heard of adding pudding to one so I was excited to try it. I used cheesecake pudding and was hesitant to put the whole thing in the batter but I did anyway. The flavor was okay but it turned out soft and cake like texture and got sticky the next day after storing it. If I do make this again I would less pudding but I'm wondering if it would change the taste.

New England Clam Chowder I

I never thought about how easy it was to make your own clam chowder! I always order it when I go out to eat but making your own taste so much better! Using chicken stock instead of water makes a big difference and I added more clams, just the way I like it. I've made it twice already and both times it turned out great! Will be making again soon!

Brownie Cheesecake Bars

I make brownies all the time and I came across this recipe with adding cheesecake on top of it...AMAZING! I've never made cheesecake before and I was so surprised by how easy it was. My batch came out perfect, it didn't separate at all like the other reviews said. I'm not really a sweets fan but even I enjoyed it. I took it over to my uncles house and they all loved it. I can't wait for another get together so I can make this again!

Beef Stroganoff III

Made this for the first time and it was delish! I''ve never made my own sauce for anything and it turned out great! The only change I would make is adding more beef and cooking it longer. I cooked it for over and hour but it was still chewy. I'm going to slow cook it next time!

I'm not really a bacon fan or cheese but I made this for my son and he loved it! I'm a stay at home mom and I need something quick and easy to make and this was it! I will definitely be making this again!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Loved it! This was my first time making cheesecake ever and was surprised by how easy it was! I used pumpkin pie mix instead of puree to cut steps and it turned out really good. I've made this twice already and I can't wait till I make it for parties! And I was confused with those that said there wasn't enough cheesecake when the whole recipe is pumpkin cheesecake!
