Wow this dish is amazing!! I added about a half cup of white cooking wine and threw my chicken in flour and a little garlic powder mixed together then fried it in the butter garlic mixture. It saves on all of those pesky pans you have to wash.I also added some mushrooms that needed used up. Hope that help! Oh and I used chicken breast fryers, easier to fry up and no cutting into small bites!
