This is a favorite at our house. Some people have complained about the batter not sticking, but I'm careful not to add too much milk and it sticks fine so long as the batter is thick. I like to cut the wienies in half and make mini dogs.

Alfredo Sauce

This has become my go-to recipe for alfredo sauce. I add an extra clove or two of garlic and it tastes very similar to Olive Garden's sauce. Some people have mentioned having problems getting the parmesan to melt. I always shred my own parmesan, the shredded stuff from the store has an anti-clump coating on it that keeps the cheese from melting correctly.

Brandied Shrimp with Pasta

A spectacular pasta that's full of flavor! Since the shrimp we buy in our area is always frozen, I drain the water out before adding the brandy.

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Our absolute favorite buffalo chicken recipe. I like to cut mine up nugget size so there's more breading. Makes them taste very similar to Buffalo Wild Wings!
