Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Super yummy and easy!! I used shredded cheddar cheese instead of the Velveeta and 2 can cream of chicken instead of 1 cream of mushroom/1 cream of chicken. Otherwise followed the recipe exactly. This one is definitely going into the regular dinner rotation.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Very very good... This is a wonderful recipe for low-carbers. I really enjoyed it - and I don't even like spinach. I plan to make another one tonight substituting ham instead of spinach to see how that turns out.

Ham and Beans

This was the best ham and beans recipe I have ever made! I took the lazy route and used 5 cans of Bush's Northern Beans instead of soaking beans overnight... I used 1/4 cup of brown sugar as suggested by others and added a bit more ham than suggested, but followed recipe otherwise. I let the ingredients simmer for an hour... Yum!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Baked Pork Chops I

Peking Pork Chops

I doubled the sauce and used 1/2 lite soy, 1/2 lite teriyaki. After cooking, the chops were dry. I shredded and let marinate in the sauce a little longer. This turned out really good after shredding.
