Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2015
I thought the flavor was fantastic, and it was even better as leftovers. Next time I will cook it for less time so the steak doesn't dry out, and I think I'll try making it a beef stew by adding some potatoes, and adding some rice right to the crockpot for the last 30 min.

Taco Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2014
This recipe was SO easy and SO delicious and made really great leftovers. I did 2x the meat and 1.5x the pasta, added an extra taco seasoning packet and added 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce since it got a bit thicker. It turned out WONDERFUL. The only thing I would change next time is to do just cheese on the top, and scoop it up with fresh tortilla chips after it's cooked. The tortilla chips baked on top turned a bit stale seeming when reheated.

Strawberry Basil Margarita

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2013
I thought this recipe was fantastic! The basil added really great flavor, and rounded out the alcohol / sweet flavors so nicely. It wasn't too sweet, too alcoholic, it was perfect.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2013
I loved this recipe! I'm so glad to have found one that tastes even better than a seasoning packet, and is healthier. I also added dried garlic, and El Pato sauce to my meat, which adds a kick of spice and flavor. These were the best tacos I've ever made, thanks again!

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
This was absolutely amazing!!! It was so juicy, tender, and the flavor was seriously a part of the chicken. It wasn't like chicken and you added sauce on top, the chicken WAS the sauce. It was amaaaazing. Seriously. Try it. You will LOVE it.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2012
This recipe is super delish! My husband LOOOVED it. What a great way to add a ton of flavor to otherwise boring meatballs. We ate them several ways. Just by themselves, or with marinara sauce on top on a sweet roll, they were amazing every way.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2012
This is melt in your mouth delicious. I was worried the fish would get dry, since you initially cook it with absolutely nothing on it. But it was so moist and flavorful. Excellent recipe, thank you for sharing!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2012
This recipe was absolutely amazing. The only thing I changed was I used 1/2 the amount of EVOO to cook the sausage in. Next time I will probably use only a tablespoon of it. 1/4 a cup is way too much oil and I don't really like the flavor in the food. But I followed the rest of the recipe to a T and it was seriously amazing. There was just so much depth of flavor. My whole family (including my 2 and 3 yr olds) went back for seconds. This is definitely a new family favorite. Thanks for sharing!

Cream Cheesy Cubed Zucchini with Lemon and Oregano

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2012
This is super delicious! I used a mixture of squash and zucchini, which I had never cooked before. I had no idea what I was doing! But the instructions were really easy to follow, and everything turned out really yummy. I put a lot of red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper, so it was pretty spicy. However my husband and kids loved it, and it reminded us of Thai Food, with the creamy spiciness. Also, I used pre cut and rinsed vegetables, so the ENTIRE process including cleanup afterwards was about 10 minutes. Great recipe, thanks for sharing!
