Ranch Oyster Crackers

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
Try using broken-up pretzels instead of the crackers. They are also good - a favorite of all my grandchildren.

Try these with a 1-lb. bag of broken-up pretzels - thick or thin.

Chicken Pot Pie I

Reviewed: May 30, 2009
Five stars for simplicity and taste. I also add a can of cream of potato soup to the chicken, cream of chicken soup, and mixed vegetables. My grandkids love this and ask for it often.

Cabbage Jambalaya

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2008
Thanks to you reviewers for your wonderful ideas! We all love this dish. I'm sort of a crockpot freak, so I just throw everything all together (after I've browned and drained the meat). I use skinny Italian sausage, sliced, and regular ground beef. I get the coleslaw package and add it along with the tomatoes, some beef broth, and a can of tomato soup. I use the rest of the ingredients as written. I also think that many cooks use seasonings that are "tried & true" for them, and hate to see a recipe get bad reviews because they are too bland. Season it up!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
I've been making this for years, and it's been a hit every time. It's also good if you substitute Italian sausage for the chicken
