Chili Cheese Dip III

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2002
This super fast chili cheese dip is the best!If you are tired of the old cheese and salsa, give this dip a try. I serve it with Fritos scoops. It disappears quickly so make sure you have plenty for second on hand. YUM!YUM!

Cranberry Pork Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2002
I cooked the pork roast for 8 hours in my crockpot and found that it was very dry. I will definitely check it at 6 hours next time. Overall, the flavors were wonderful and the delicious gravy helped hide the dry roast. I will definitely make this again.

Real Italian Calzones

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2005
This recipe was pretty good. I followed the recipe exactly as it says. I thought the dough came out OK. I will try a store bought pizza dough next time. The filling was good although, we could have used a bit more. My family liked it. Overall, I think this is good. I don't think I am saving it in my personal collection.

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2005
After reading all the reviews, I was really looking forward to trying this recipe. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I followed the directions exactly and the liquid did not get absorbed into the ham. The ham sat in the liquid and the top actually got a bit dried out. After using all of those ingredients, I thought the ham would be sweeter but it was not. It seemed like a waste of ingredients to me. Sorry!

This was OK. I would soak overnight as other people suggested. Also, it was very bland. I will not be making again.

No-Cream Pasta Primavera

Reviewed: May 13, 2006
I thought this was pretty good. I made the recipe exactly as directed.A downfall would be that it was time consuming to chop all the veggies. It was also expensive to buy all the ingredients since I do not have a garden. My kids tried but did not like. My husband and I liked the flavor but will probably not make again.

Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Reviewed: May 20, 2006
Delicious! This recipe is a keeper! I tried the ziploc bag to pipe the filling in but I ended up ditching that idea and using another reviewers suggestion of using a baby spoon. That was a quicker, easier way to stuff the filling. One thing I will do next time is sprinkle the cheese topping about 15 mins before done. My cheese looked orange! Nevertheless, it had wonderful flavor. I will make again! Thanks!

Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad

Reviewed: May 30, 2006
Excellent salad! It definitely tasted like resturant quality! I added purple onion and shredded cheddar cheese. I also used leftover grilled BBQ chicken. I mixed one part BBQ sauce to 2 parts ranch as another reviewer suggested. It was perfect! Thanks for a nice summer salad. This is a keeper in my book!
