Oatmeal Chocolate Coconut Chewy
Yummy. Really enjoyed this cookie. I made only one substitution and used pecans instead of walnuts because I like pecans much better. I only got about 3 dozen out of the batch - probably because I made the cookies too big but that's all good. This is definitely a keeper and I will probably make some modifications like other here - a little less sugar, toffee, etc, just to mix it up.

PHILADELPHIA Marble Brownies
*sigh* I tried. I don't know what it is. I admit it was my first time making brownies - I think. I picked one of the boxed brownies at the store. It turns out I picked the 18 oz and not the 19.8 oz. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but it just wouldn't bake all the way. I thought since it's a smaller box maybe it would bake faster. Not the case. I had it in the oven for 50 minutes and the middle was still wet. I didn't want to keep it in the oven longer because I was worried that the edges were going to be like a brick. Maybe I should have kept it in there longer. The flavor tasted fine - the brownie part the cheesecake part and the swirled part. It just didn't bake all the way through. I'm not sure I would try this again.

Guacamole
We really like this recipe. It's quick and easy to make. I've made it with and without garlic or cilantro (ran out), yellow onions and red onions. The amount of salt and lime is just fine as well. If I want the guacamole more thick, I seed the tomatoes. If I want it a little more thin, I keep the seeds.
