Super easy! The flavor depends a lot on the bbq sauce you use.

Mother-in-law Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2012
Good basic recipe. Needs spicing up a bit with salt, parsley or other herbs but it's a good start.

Good. It's easier than the bacon wrapped asparagus recipe I love.

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2012
A nifty way to use up some leftover ham. The rolls get crispy and I enjoyed the addition of the poppy seeds.

Yummy! Added a touch of Patron cafe liqueur because I didn't have creme de cacao.

Angela's Oriental Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
A nice way to upgrade ramen noodles. It needed a bit more flavor so I added a pinch of ginger and garlic salt.

Egg Custard Pie IV

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
Good but there isn't a lot of filling. It isn't as thick as it is in the picture.

Maureen's Baked Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
Tasty. Tasted kind of soupy but it might have been because I used the crockpot. An oven probably would evaporate more of the liquid.

Mom's Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
The recipe only asks for 1/2 lb. of beef so the loaves are really small. I wanted to use a whole pound so I doubled the batch and cooked it a little longer. I covered it with foil for half the baking time.

Sprinkled a little bit of sugar on top before baking. The butter was a great addition too. Best when warm.

Old Time Popcorn Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2010
Tastes just like the old days. Next time I'll use food coloring to make them more festive and so I can easily tell which popcorn isn't coated.

These are good but the turkey needs a little salt and another can of sauce would be helpful.

Pretty good but a little dry. I do recommend doing what others suggest and add a little milk.

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
Loved to be able to use a loaf of french bread that was going stale. It reminds me a lot of bread pudding but I didn't let it soak as long because I wanted the bread on top to be a little crunchy. Served it with maple syrup.
