my mother has cooked meals every night for us growing up, and i think i caught onto her addiction. Cooking!!! I try to cook healthy but tasty. It is something i enjoy as well as entertaining.

Black Bean Salsa
This was very good. Needed to add red onion to replace the green onion, Gave it more flavor. Also added extra cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Lime juice from fresh lime. It was very fresh and light. Very good for canned veggies. Would make again, for a summer bbq. its nice & light to have.

Hot Pizza Dip
Very dissapointed. For the record, almost every recipe i try, i love from allrecipes. I always bring dips to parties. This just didnt cut it. Even for me, i felt like this was just okay. I am used to people begging me for the recipe of my appys, and this there was some extra left. Sorry. if you are goingto make this, try before you bring somewhere, in my opinion.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II
simple, easy, fast & DELISH! Gone in minutes. You would not think that just cream cheese and sausage would be so good, BUT it really is. Usually stuffed musrooms are more "dry" these are just right. I added onion & garlic when browning sausage. added garlic poweer, salt & pepper. sprinkled top with bread crumbs and more garlic power and parm cheese. broiled. SO GOOD. i want oneright now!
