This was amazing! Way better than any other pot pie I've had. I took the advice of other reviewers and made double the amount of sauce, seasoned it with extra salt, extra pepper, and garlic. I also boiled the veggies (I added cubed potato - and I used rotisserie chicken so I didn't include that when boiling the veggies) in broth and used that for the sauce and mixed the veggies and chicken with the sauce before filling the pies. I had enough filling for two full pies PLUS extra. My husband and I ate so much that I'm going to have to modify it to make it less calorie dense for next time, because it's just too good to stop at one serving.
