Get a Husband Brunswick Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
It was good. I was expecting more of a beef stew but this was very different. The cream style corn made the stew sweet.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
Made the recipe exactly as written. Loved the moist consistency. I like the idea of other reviewers to add a bit of cinnamon and to dust the pan with the cinnamon and sugar prior to baking.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2009
Very good! I put it in a large loaf pan and large cupcake tins since I didn't have mini loaf pans. The cupcake tins took about 20 minutes while the larger loaf pan took much longer than the 50 min.

Sour Cream, Cucumber and Dill Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2009
Delicious. Extremely refreshing! I think this would be great with pita chips and maybe carrots and cherry tomatoes.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: May 11, 2009
Excellent! I didn't have raspberries, so I used a mango and it was fantastic. I used cinnamon and sugar separately, but next time I will mix it ahead of time so the chips look prettier. Great recipe!

Ice Cream Cone Treats

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
Adorable! I thought the cones became a little soggy on some, but they were still a hit.

Spicy Tortilla Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2007
I have always loved these roll ups but never put in the review. I like these because the added heat gives these appetizers just what they need to make them different. The flavor is great!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2007
We don't eat a lot of fish in our household so when I suggested this for dinner, my husband was skeptical. After a few bites he said, "This is a keeper!" I love how fast this recipe is to prepare and cook!

I tried this recipe last night and loved it. I used chicken thighs instead of the whole chicken and it turned out great.

Herbed Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2004
I liked this recipe but like others have mentioned, It had a large amount of lemon flavor. Next time, I would use half the amount. I felt it overpowered the turkey.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2004
Loved this recipe! I too used chives and topped with bread crumbs. I used bite size mushrooms and had a bunch of the mixture left over. If you are planning on bite size - 36 mushrooms is a closer estimate.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2004
This was DELICIOUS! I used this recipe to stuff a turkey breast and then cooked the extra on the side (minus the turkey liver). I made this meal for my parents and as we were clearing the table my mom didn't want me to take away the stuffing! She finished the small amount left in the casserole dish.
