Zucchini and Rice Casserole

This was a great way to use up all the summer zucchini! My only complaint was the rice seemed unapparent, so I doubled the amount of rice, and lowered the amount of oil/butter and it was yummy!!

Quick and Easy Crab Rangoon Dip

This is the first time I really couldn't eat some kind of dip. I'll dip just about anything. I even followed the recommendations for modification and it still just tasted like soy sauce flavored cream cheese. The toasted wontons were good, though!

Pork Tenderloin with Honey Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce

Made this when in-laws were coming over for dinner. They both raved about it the rest of their visit! (And they've never done that!) Was really simple to prepare other than the time needed to roast the garlic. Could probably also roast in the oven with a meat thermometer if you don't want to grill during the winter months.

Simple Savory Pork Roast

We love making this recipe, but we modified it a little bit. A few hours before cooking, we prepare as directed, but add some olive oil (about 2T) and let the whole bag of pork and seasoning marinate. YUM!

Peach Raspberry Cobbler

This recipe is really easy and really good. We even used Splenda (something I've never done) instead of sugar and it is still great!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Loved this recipe. Although I don't like to have to measure lots of spices, this was manageable and tasted so good! My husband continually raved about it as he ate it. It is going to be a standard around our house!
