Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
This was so good -- and EASY! My husband took one bite and said, "you've got to make this again". I changed the sauce slightly by adding a couple tablespoons of peach preserves to it. Then, while the chicken was resting, I reduced the sauce on the stovetop for a few minutes. It was delicious!

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties
This was okay, but not great. The chicken turned a wierd grey color after cooking in the wine. This didn't bother my husband, but I found it off-putting. The sauce was lacking, so I added some more spices (red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning). I'd skimp on the rosemary next time, for sure. And I'd add a pat of butter at the end. Also, if you like your pasta with a lot of sauce, use less pasta than this recipe calls for.

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip
This dip is great. I've made it 4 times now, and it's been a hit every time. I spice the recipe up by adding a can of diced green chilis. Instead of serving it w/ tortilla chips, I serve it w/ the plain crostinis from Trader Joe's. If you're chopping the red peppers and grating the cheese by hand, it takes a lot longer than 10 minutes to prepare.
