Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
I have NEVER felt compelled to review a recipe before... but I have to say this is the most amazing soup! It was so simple and the results are absolutely wonderful. TASTY! My only deviation from the recipe was to double the basil as some other posters suggested and to add minute rice (1 1/2 cups) after I pureed the tomato/basil mixture and let that cook for 5 minutes before adding the cream and butter. I am so glad I went on instinct and doubled the recipe because now I have leftovers to bring to my sister who isn't feeling well. Thanks Holly for a GREAT recipe I'll be adding to my cookbook and will make again.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak
GREAT recipe... my only modification was to use 1/2 can fat free/reduced sodium beef broth instead of the boullion (which is so high in sodium) and I didn't pre-cook the beef as per the other poster's feedback it wasn't necessary... came out awesome... will definitely make this again.

Party Italian Wedding Soup
Great recipe - very easy! Even easier was making it in the crockpot... I followed the recipe pretty much completely to the letter except: -Added more stock - probably about another can (14.5oz cans) and a half -Crockpot on High for 5 hours -Added pasta 30 minutes before the end (same as recipe) -Added cooked chicken (leftovers) 30 minutes before the end Came out great - HUGE batch of soup - definitely freezing the leftovers.
