About this Cook
As a lad I never had time or intrest to spend any time in the kitchen except to shovel it in. Too busy with boy stuff. Moved out at 17 and had no choice but to cook to eat. As the years went by it sort of became a time to relax as well as a rewarding hobby. Lets face it, the kudos from the gathering and the demands for the recipes, sweet. In todays rat race, the slow time in the kitchen or at the grill spent with friends and family is always cherished. So far I'm lucky enough to still have my mom around to call when something is not turning out quite right and ask what do I need to do now to fix it. A little luck never hurts either.

Delicious Beef Tongue Tacos
Christy and I love tongue but the kids act like it's from another planet. They eat it this way and never ask questions. Please post more of your recipes. This one's Great.

Zucchini Cobbler
I thought this sounded like a very interesting way to do something with some extra zucchini rather than let it set around until someone tosses it. I made the filling as stated but then made an "apple pie" out of it. Everyone I served it to thought it was apple pie. Until I told them of course. I think you could serve just the filling in place of stewed apples too. THANKS.
