About this Cook
I'm a USMC wife with one infant. Cooking allows me to de-stress after a long day at work or trouble with my son. Most people like my cooking but I'm still learning the trade. Hopefully by the end of the year ill be a full time cooking momma!!
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook healthy. But its nice to experament once in a while.
My cooking triumphs
I think normally im able to cook something once or twice before i master it. Ive done sausage soup, chicken and dumplings, taco casserole, buffelo sliders, chicken marsala, and soon to be more!

Black Beans and Pork Chops
Omg this was amazing!! I only changed the recipe a smidge. Didnt have cilantro so i added 1 juiced lime and seasoned pork chops with some paprika and chili powder. So tender and amazing.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
I've made this recipe a few times both in its original recipe and the slight change I made. I love spicy foods but 2 tbsp was way too much. Next time I halfed that amount and I omitted ginger since I couldnt find any. I also breaded the chicken in flour before frying and added green peppers. So so so so good and the sauce was thick and wonderful!
