Pistachio Fluff Fruit Salad

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
I cut the fat and calories but keep the taste by using fat free cool whip, fruit cocktail in light syrup, and cut out the marshmallows all together. Try it, it's still really good!!

Christmas Tree Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2005
Wonderful recipe! I really liked that the cookies expanded when they cooked, so don't use particularly large cookie cutters. They are the softest, best tasting frosted sugar cookie I've ever eaten.

Great concoction! Pure magic! I recommend using sweetened lime juice because regular lime juice makes the drink cloudy.

Very good recipe, I could have done with a little less lemon extract but most people who ate them thought they were divine.

Grilled Swordfish with Rosemary

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2004
This was a wonderful recipe. I made it for Valentines dinner. I suggest to those who used thicker steaks to poke holes in it using a fork so the wine and rosemary thoroughly marinate the fish. Use fresh rosemary, it makes a difference and it doesn't cost a lot. Also, for those who have thicker steaks don't forget to add to or subtract the ingredients to make it taste right. Use common sense!

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2004
Tasty and delicious! I thought it was a little bit too sweet...I added ice cubes to make it colder and I used Nutella instead of peanut butter which might be why it was too sweet. I doubled the recipe and that made enough for two people. Nutella is great with bananna.

Lisa's Lasagne

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2004
This lasagne is a lot of work but it pays off in the end. It is super tasty and you create the ricotta cheese if you are wondering why it is not in the recipe. The flour and milk creates a rue and you add cheese and it curds.

It's pretty good, but once again its just fried bread with sugar on top. It surprised me, I think its better than 3 stars.
