Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

I've made this recipe several times. Everyone seems to love these cookies!

This recipe made exactly enough batter for a 9x13 cake (easier to transport) and 6 cupcakes. Other than changing the pan size, I followed the recipe exactly. Topped with red sprinkles, it looked very festive and the cake was moist and yummy. One person swore it was the best cupcake he ever had. I'll make this again next Christmas.

Banana Bars

These were a huge hit! The only thing I changed was using a little more banana (1 1/2). I baked until it sprang back in the center, per someone's tip here, and the bars came right out of the pan. Delicious!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I added 2 tbsp italian herbs and a handfull of parmesan cheese. I also brushed the crust with garlic oil and baked it until it was cooked in the center before adding toppings and baking again. Made two 13" pizzas. Very good!
