Hot Dog Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2004
Very tasty! I was skeptical but it turned out great! I added some garlic powder to the spinach. I added some cayenne pepper, a dash or two of worcestershire sauce and a tad of tabasco to the soup mixture. Yummy!

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: May 21, 2004
This was very good. I didn't use frozen noodles. Instead I put all of the sauce ingred. in a saucepan to get it very hot. I boiled the noodles in a seperate pot, in water and chx bouillon cubes (since I wasn't boiling them in the sauce). I didn't cook them the whole way. Then I poured out the broth and added the sauce from the other pot. Simmered and used cornstarch to thicken. Tasty and makes a lot!

Cabbage Rolls II

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2004
Very good!I added some diced tomatoes with green chiles (for a little more spice) and added garlic powder and a tad bit of mustard powder to the beef misture. I used minute rice to save time. I baked it at 350 for 1hr. My husband doesn't like cabbage but he ate the meat and thought it was very good. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Saucy Chops II

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2004
I thought this was very good! It was nice to actually make a recipe that I didn't have to go and buy ingredients, because this recipe uses common items. I will make this one again for sure! I did add a little garlic powder and pepper to the sauce as it simmered.

One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2010
This was surprisingly good for how little preparation was needed! I was happy to throw raw and frozen items into a 9x13 and just have an hour to do other things. I used frozen chopped onion, frozen peas, and frozen green beans. I did follow another reviewers suggestion of seasoning the chicken with more than paprika and adding a splash of worcestershire sauce. I used tenders vs whole breasts and cut them into large chunks.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2006
Loved it! I agree that the sauce is more tangy than a traditional sauce, but the meat mixture was excellent! Most salisbury steak recipes try to put too much in the meat and it loses its simplicity. I would recommend less ketchup and adding the bouillon as other reviews suggested. I also thinkened it with cornstach after they were done cooking. Thanks for the great recipe!

Southern Living magazine's Venison Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2005
Fantastic! I (and everyone else) loved this chili! I did change one thing - if you like a little spice, like me, you may want to try Hot Italian sausage. I'm sure it is good either way, but I liked the added heat.

This is fabulous! Highly recommend it! I use a teriyaki marinade and it is not too salty.
