Chicken Milano

really yummy! i used 1/4 cup of white wine in place of the second part of the chicken broth and reduced it before adding the sauce. the whole family liked it- a good dish for company too!

Easy Lemon-Blueberry Jam

so easy and yummy! everyone loved it and i didn't find it necessary to let them in on how easy it was to put together. i've even adapted it to use up my backyard blackberry supply. very good.

Donair

I went to university in Halifax and have been jonesing for a donair for sooooooooo long-for that I'm giving this recipe 4 stars, however...it's not quite the same as pizza corner. I think the meat is missing something, more garlic and more cayenne. Also the sauce is a little thin, maybe because I used fat free milk, should there be garlic in the sauce? I'll keep trying though because you can't beat a great donair!

Cheesy Chicken Rolls

I feel like, even though I followed the recipe to the letter, I missed something. The dough never really cooked so I ended up with Doughy Chicken Blobs. They tasted OK.

Mexican Lasagna

We loved the taste, but the consistency of the pasta left alot to be desired. It was too good to let go of so the next time I cooked the noodles and omited the water altogether....now we're talking 5 star material! I took it to a pot luck and everyone loved it.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Too good to be true- quick, easy and you forgot...inexpensive! The first time I made it, we had it alone on pasta as a side dish, but add a bit of chicken and some fresh veggies and you have a complete meal.

Beef or Chicken Marinade

I made the marinade for beef with the intention of grilling it but at dinner time we felt like a stir fry....I stir fried the beef in a bit of oil, set it aside and stir fried some veggies, added a bit of the marinade (bring to a boil first to kill the germy things that may be in there) and served over rice. It may be the best stir fry we've ever had. Bye bye store boughy stir fry sauce!

Baked Spaghetti Corn

My daughter loves corn, my son doesn't but he loves spagetti- we now have an acceptable side dish for the two of them. I even took some leftovers in my lunch the next day!

Chicken Rotini Stovetop Casserole

The name of the recipe implies a one pot kinda deal, not so! Other than the mountain of dishes, pretty good. I added some mushrooms, onions and broccoli with the peppers to suit my family's tastes. Yum.
