Unbelievable Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2013
added 1 tbsp honey and used dazedoo's method to make these rolls, they are pretty quick to make, as far as breads go I made half rolls and put the other half of the dough in a loaf pan. I sliced up the loaf bread and make some yummy croutons with it.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2013
Have made this twice, both times they were gone really quick! Second time I made two smaller lasagnes one for now one to freeze for later. I did add some red chili pepper flakes and black pepper to the recipe and it gave it extra zing!

Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2013
Made exactly as recipe..they could have used a bit more sugar and I just put a dollop of the cream cheese on top of each cupcake. Next time I would increase the sugar a bit (honey maybe?) and will probably use a teaspoon to push the dollop down into the center of each cupcake. Kids liked them pretty well and they were good with a cup of coffee.

Grandmother's Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2012
These are really light and melt in your mouth! The batter is pretty runny, but if you really let the beater fluff up the mix, almost like meringue, they come out airy and just sweet enough. I used an ice cream scoop to fill the cups to have minimal deflate to the batter. I also added blueberries to half the muffins but the batter is so light they all sank to the bottoms of the cups, which is okay I guess, but next time I may do a quick chop on the blueberries to see if they will stay suspended in the batter a bit better. Great with coffee!
