i made this recipe for thanksgiving to try something different. i have another recipe that i'd used for years that was good. it was sooooo good. i did add 1 t. of pumpkin pie spice as others suggested. it was the perfect amount of spice. i also roasted my sweet potatoes, as another had suggested. it was so creamy and smooth. i was really excited. my family has asked me to make it again for christmas. :-)
