Slow Cooker Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2005
Very easy and a cheap main husband and grandson both enjoyed this and they are both very picky. Also, I had leftovers for later. I highly recommed this dish.

Salmon Loaf

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2004
Really makes a can of Salmon go far...very economical. Easy to prepare and increases moisture content compared to other recipes I've tried. My 4 year old grandson even loves it and he won't eat hardly anything!!!!

Slow Cooker Creamy Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2005
This is probably the best potato soup I have ever made. It is so creamy, it makes your mouth water. I did increase the amount of bacon, left out the dill weed, and added a large amount of cheddar cheese. I also increased the amount of condensed chicken broth due to the addition of the cheese. Even my husband loved it and he HATES soup except chile. The prep time was a bit longer than described but well worth the effort.

Jeannie's Famous Potato Hamburger Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2004
This recipe is absolutely delicious!!! I did have to add considerably more flour to thicken the sauce. I also probably doubled the cheddar cheese per our taste. You could add almost anything you like and it would taste great. My daughter added sour cream to hers and loved it. My husband is a no nonsense meat, potatoes and vegetable man and he ate 3 large helpings. THANKS!!

Baked Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2004
This is, without a doubt, the best of the best recipes for potato soup. I've never even tasted soup this good at my favorite "potato soup" restaurant. It was also a hit with my entire family who won't even eat a milk-base soup. THANK YOU!!!!!!!! Paula
