Italian Dressing Mix
Great base for an Italian dressing. I omitted the salt per suggestion of other reviewers, and also used extra virgin olive oil instead of canola, which gave it a great tanginess. If you're worried about zest, maybe use balsamic vinegar instead of white, or add some red pepper as others have suggested. This mix works well because with a little imagination, you can make it completely your own.
