Strawberry Pie II

[7/4/12] Used just shy of 3lbs of strawberries. Used 1/4 for mashing and 3/4 whole strawberries. Used 1/2 water and close to 1 cup sugar. Quite sweet. Would probably reduce sugar next time.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

[6/4/12] Didn't like the coconut in the carrot cake. Cake was extremely moist. Used 2 round pans for 45min. co-workers seemed to like it. Sweet enough as is. Don't think it needs cream cheese frosting

Perfect Cheesecake Everytime

[5/13/12] Very good. Followed recipe as is. Used 1 bag of graham crackers (8 sheets), needed a little more butter. Added walnut pieces. Softer than usual NY cheesecake, but good flavor.

[2/12] 2x brown rice, 1 cup carrots, omitted mushrooms because didn't have, boiled chicken thighs, and used cheddar cheese. Good, though would probably reduce cheese to 1/2.

[2/12] Made a 1/2 batch [instant oats, bran flakes, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, sesame] and added coconut 20 min in. Baked at 220 for 40min. Omitted brown sugar. 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup maple syrup. No salt.

Banana Oat Muffins

[01/12] made it in loave pan. cooked 350deg for ~ 1 hour. 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. nonfat milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. added chocolate chips on top.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Very easy to make. Used 1/2 cup sugar on top with butter. Not sure if butter was needed. It formed a crusty top which made it a little less appetizing. Omitted honey also.
