Bananas Foster Ice Cream

Incredible! I did make a few changes: used 2 bananas, white SPLENDA blend, cream instead of evaporated milk, 1/2 & 1/2 instead of low fat milk & sugar-free White Chocolate instant pudding mix. OK, so it's no longer "light," but WOW.

Truly Key Lime Pie Ice Cream

My husband & I agree this is the best ice cream we've made w/ the freezer we got for our anniversary. I added a bit of lime zest as well as the lemon extract. Tart & yummy!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

I made this for our Christmas dinner & my new daughter-in-law said it was the best sweet potatoes she'd ever eaten! Thanks. I topped it only with chopped pecans so it wouldn't be too sweet. Great.

Absolutely outstanding! I cooked the onions w/ eggplant & added ~ 1/2 tsp coriander. Used cashews instead of peanuts. My husband, who is not an eggplant lover couldn't get enough.

Yum! I've also used this recipe & rolled shrimp in shredded coconut after frying instead of sprinkling with walnuts. Really delicious.

Outstanding. I used Pomegranite Red Wine vinegar, because that's what I had & saved the mayo-wasabi mix for a sauce. Patted on sesame seeds before grilling. Yum!
