Easy Guacamole

This came out great. I did leave out the onion. My three year old extremely picky eater actually liked this! and she is very anti-green foods. She calls this wack-a-moleee and says it's super good.

This fudge set up fine for me. However be sure that once you stir in the gelatin you don't stir again until after it is done boiling. Also I boiled it for 5 minutes not 4. The texture of the fudge was great, but the cherry flavor and sweetness was overpowering.

Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

So good! I added a little lemon extract to the batter to give it some citrus flavor. It came out beautiful and delicious.

Simple Scones

Dairy Free Whole Wheat Pancakes

My mother used to make us whole wheat pancakes when I was younger and they were always dense and horrible so I didn't have high expectations for this recipe. Fortunately I was wrong! These pancakes came out fluffy and delicious. I will definately make these again.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

This recipe makes the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I made them for my family over Christmas using red and green M&M's instead of chocolate chips and they were a big hit.
