This is a really delicious hummus. I added some morrocan spices and olive oil on top at the end and had it with pita bread. Yum!!!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2013
Very tender and delicious. Added some cinnamon. Used apple juice and cider vinegar instead of apple cider as we didn't have any. I would have given the recipe 5 stars except my husband decided it needed additional barbecue sauce at the end. Will definitely make again with the bbq sauce at the end.

Peach Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2013
Yummy! These were delicious. I made some substitutions. I used 1 3/4 C lightly packed brown sugar in place of the white. I used 2 tins of peaches in natural fruit juice, drained. I used the drained liquid in the wet ingredients in place of 3/4C of the oil. Finally, I sprinkled some raw sugar on the tops before baking. This recipe made 18 regular muffins and 1 slightly flat (but delicious) cake. My husband loved these and was thrilled they were so light. Definitely a make again recipe.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2014
Great recipe. I subbed the melted butter for oil and added cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg to the dry ingredients. The crumb topping was delicious and kept its form during cooking. I found the muffins peeled away from the liners perfectly. I would very happily make these again and recommend to others. Thank you for the recipe!

Smashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2014
Gosh, these were delicious! I followed the potato instructions to a T. Whilst they were baking away in the oven I crisped up some onion and bacon, tipped it over the potatoes halfway through and in the last five minutes sprinkled with some grated cheese. Amazingly delicious and very filling as a meal on its own. Thank you for the recipe.

This was, as everyone else has said, amazing. I didn't add any chilli and loved it just as it was. I reduced the salt to 1/2 a teaspoon and used red onion, finely chopped. Definitely a make again guac.
