Very good! I love the flavors. I did not do the brown sugar and ketchup crust. I did what the others said, and mixed the brown sugar and ketchup to make a glaze. Bake it, but for the last 15-20 minutes add the glaze. If you put the glaze on the whole time, it gets a bit rubbery/chewy. I made it for my family, and it even beat momma's recipe! =)

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Very tasty, they are similar in consistency/texture to chocolate chip cake. They are cakey. If you want a chewy, thick cookie, this is NOT what you are looking for. I like it, but it is not my go to recipe.

Pope's Valentine Cookies

These are not what I expected. To me they had no flavor and were a playdoh texture. I don't think I would serve these to anyone or to family. I may make them once or twice again if in need of a butter cookie, but to me this did not cut it.
