My Favorite Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
Wonderful recipe that tweaks well. I made a few changes just because of what I had on hand, white sugar instead of honey and bean paste instead of chili sauce. I also used soba noodles and added a splash of rice wine vinegar for personal taste. This recipe is great as is, and easily adjusted if you like it sweater, not as sweet, drier, or whatever :)

Belle's Hamburger Buns

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
These buns are perfect, soft and fluffy. Thank you Belles for sharing this wonderful recipe with us. I don't even let my husband buy those nasty store bought buns anymore :)

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
Great recipe. I also used half brown sugar, half white, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. I baked them on parchment paper and after I spooned them onto the sheet I smashed them flat with my hand and they turned out great.

Oven Fried Chicken IV

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
Great recipe. I've tried a lot of oven fried chicken recipes, and this one is by far the best. I use drumsticks without the skin. Like some of the other cooks, I put some seasonings into the sour cream, and I change the crust to whatever I have on hand. I also like to mix a little Parmesan cheese into it when I use bread crumbs. Yummy

Habanero Hellfire Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
This Chili has amazing flavor. I alternated it only slightly to use up the tomato products that I had in the pantry. I used three cans diced tomatoes, one full 6 oz can tomato paste and two cans of tomato sauce instead of what the recipe had. Before I mixed the fresh vegetables in with everything else, I cooked them over a medium heat for about five minutes in some of the fat left over from the meats. For people like me who can't handle a lot of heat, this chili is extremely hot, but my boyfriend loves it. I can't resist the wonderful flavors made by the mix of meat and peppers, so to cool it down for me I mix in a bit of corn and top it with sour cream. It took first place in the company chili cookoff. Thank you Edd for a great chili recipe.

Tasty Baked Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2009
I'm sorry to say that these meatballs were not moist at all, they were quite mushy. I am normally a fan of baked meatballs, and I've tried quite a few recipes, this being my least favorite. I followed the recipe to a T, and they just came out very mushy, not sure if it was the soup or too many eggs. For my second tray I added some stuffing mix to try and salvage the meatballs, this made them ok, but still not great. Will not be making again.

Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 27, 2007
So easy to make, I thought it was absolutely perfect. I baked mine in a pre-made graham cracker crust on a sheet pan, it was very full, but it came out perfectly. My first cheesecake that actually tasted like what I want a cheesecake to taste like.
