Hello! A little about me, I am 21 years old. I am currently enrolled at Cincinnati State Technical & Community College for Culinary Arts. I am not a professional cook by any means, however, I have yet to make something that wasn't a plate scraper!
My favorite things to cook
Anything desert related, I love making chicken entree's that involve braising in a scrumptious sauce from scratch, and pasta dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Family cooking traditions are homemade perogies, pigs in a blanket (stuffed cabbage), and homemade cheesecake passed down from my great aunt deanie.
My cooking triumphs
My biggest cooking triumph was homemade ranch dressing and the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe that I have now finally mastered both.

My biggest cooking tragedy was homemade ranch dressing.

World's Best Lasagna
This recipe worked pretty well. The only problem I experienced was the meat sauce became too dry once baked so I added a small can of tomato sauce and decreased the water from the diced tomatoes. I also recommend REAL lasagna paste, not the non-bake pasta.

Golden Sweet Cornbread
The best Cornbread! Sweet and grainy the way cornbread should be! Perfect with homemade chili. The best part was it was so easy it was ready in under 30 mins. The only modifications I made was, I added 1/3 cup more sugar, I also greased the baking pan with margarine and 1 can sweet corn (drained) and then when the bread comes out spread 2 tbsps of margarine over the loaf.
