Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Sooo good. I make the sauce and pour it over the bowl of cut up apples then top the pie with a full crust. WONDERFUL flavor!! The only apple pie I've made for a couple of years.

Candied Almonds

Super easy! I made this with pumpkin seeds and they are soo good. We munched, put on top of muffins and sprinkled on salad. I will definately make again with any nuts we have on hand. THANKS :)

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

My other gingerbread recipe is in the trash now! These are soooo good!! I mixed the dry ingredients and in a seperate bowl the wet, then mixed together, then chilled for an hour. I didn't have any problem with the dough being too sticky- it was perfect. I made a glaze w orange juice, powdered sugar, cinnamon and a bit of milk and just drizzled a tiny on each. I will definately make these over and over! I did use orange juice instead of water. I just squeezed an orange since you only need 1 T.
